My father came in today and the wife yelled at him to get out. He has his card and money to pay as always, not his first time in there. He just looks older and sick but there was absolutely no reason to kick him out. Horrible horrible people.

Sadly I went to purchase some items and have been several times. I find the lady in particular pretty unfriendly and unhelpful, she just doesn't seem to care. It's a shame when people are in a customer service position and they have a poor attitude. Definitely room for improvement, or change of vocation.

Would never go anywhere else for my lotto and they have all sorts of giftware as well which is cool. Convenient location too, now in Trafalgar Square across the road from Hardy Street.
