I have had an unkind behavior of not leaving my mail in my letterbox they are forcing me to unisolate when the books could have been left in the safe letterbox or in cat door. They also threaten on the card to get rid of my mail in two weeks. How will the PM think of this disgraceful behaviour at this time. The postie can wear hazard clothing to deliver to lettr boxes. They obviously want to expose the elderly to the virus and make them go out. Very unkind and was unneccesary. If they can leave a card then leave the mail as well.

The lotto girls except 1 are disappointing and definitely not enthusiastic. They hardly smile and make you feel more like a nuisance than a customer. They NEVER say good luck and when I say good luck to them they just look at me and laugh. Are they not getting taught to be lotto girls? It puts me off buying my lotto there and I live locally which is disappointing. Can they please be taught what to say and learn some customer service skills. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but come on girls, smile and buck up or if you don't like your job find another one you do like.

Rude member of staff who obviously has no time for tourists- try running the place without them - obvensive - rude - tardy - how many Lotto tickets will the locals buy- run that store without the the tourist - see how long you last - rude....you know who u are

Looked forward to a good old Kiwi milkshake. Watched staff quickly prepare $5 milkshake and was a bit surprised at the short time mixing. When I went to consume, tasted sickly with lumps of undissolved milk powder. Staff disinterested in giving either due care and attention and low volume in of liquid (cup half full) in reflection to price. Threw it away as it was disgusting. I cannot give any reason that makes me want to use this store ever again with the overall impression that the customer is there to be exploited. .

I went to the Lotto shop at Glenfield Mall near Westpac. I went up to the counter and ask to have 2 scratch cards. I showed her my KiwiAccess card and she said she doesn't recognize it and said it wasn't allowed cause it's new. WOW. I was appalled. It was such a disappointment how she didn't know it was the new kiwiaccess card.

I cashed out in this shop for $6 and the girl deduct $12 from my without even asking me. And when I called back her she said just come to store and I ll give you back . What was that ?? Are you really serious? You are tricking my money then you want to return it , Is it that easy for you
