A very clean bright shop to walk into.Very roomy and well stocked.The young man behind the counter was very friendly and when I asked directions to a particular address he went out of his way to look it up on his phone despite having other customers to serve.All this has given me incentive to return.

After having been in numerous New World Supermarkets on the North Shore I would rate Browns Bay the worst. Often shelves have the incorrect products on the named shelf as they have run out of that particular product and just fill the shelf with a random product. when asking staff about how to find a product they do not even know what it is. Eg sent to look on a shelf when product is obviously a refrigerated one. As I live in Browns Bay it is a shame that I would much prefer Albany, Devonport or Milford.

Every time I come in all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Toon who served us the other day :)

I got port renewal application from there i filled in forms and went to post of,you have 5 options to pay for port credit card,debit card,cheque,money order,or cash.i was told they dont do money orders or cash any more,please post shop get your forms up to date and stop handing out old forms.
