Saturday's $1 million Lotto first division prize has been split by three winning tickets sold atĀ Countdown ManukauĀ in Auckland and onĀ MyLottoĀ to a player from the Bay of Plenty.
Ā Each of them get a third of the prize each, theoretically giving them $333,333.333-and-so-on.
Ā But a Lotto spokeswoman confirmed that the winners would miss out on their extra 33 cents and the extra dollar would be returned to the prize pool.
Ā It is probably safe to say they won't be too concerned.
