After having been in numerous New World Supermarkets on the North Shore I would rate Browns Bay the worst. Often shelves have the incorrect products on the named shelf as they have run out of that particular product and just fill the shelf with a random product. when asking staff about how to find a product they do not even know what it is. Eg sent to look on a shelf when product is obviously a refrigerated one. As I live in Browns Bay it is a shame that I would much prefer Albany, Devonport or Milford.
