How to claim your Lotto Prize!   LOTTO RESULTS 335w2a

Winning a major lottery prize can be the thrill of a lifetime – but first, you need to claim your prize. Here’s everything you need to know,

• Prizes over $1,000 can be claimed in-store at any Lotto Shop or at the Lotto New Zealand head office at 73 Remuera Road, Newmarket in Auckland.
  
  
• When you claim your prize you will need to hand over your winning ticket and fill in a Prize Claim Form. Make sure you have your bank details with you, as you will need to provide these so you can be paid your winnings.
  
  
• If you’ve won a major prize on MyLotto, you will receive a message prompting you to fill in an online Prize Claim Form.
  
  
• Lotto NZ is required to keep all winning tickets. If you would like a copy of your winning ticket, you may want to arrange this before claiming your prize.
   
• Regardless of the size, all prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date on the ticket or, for Instant Kiwi tickets, within 12 months of the close of that game. A list of closed games is available at any Lotto outlet or online.
